Tottenham striker revealed in a recent interview that he would nt stayed so much in the Premier League if would have been younger. He would be returned to Spain after a month.
The former Valencia striker was transferred to Tottenham last summer for 30 million euros. Although everyone expected him to continue the form that showed at former club in La Liga, Soldado disappointed at the grouping on White Hart Lane. He scored only six goals so far in the championship, and in the previous round against Cardiff was the only one from action.
The 28-year-old striker passed and to Real Madrid, where he not obtained a starting place, and continued his career path. Currently passes a very poor form, perhaps the weakest of his player activity, and recently said it would be returned to Spain if he if would have been younger and might have to take it from the beginning.
“If all this had happened to me when I was 22, I probably would have returned home after a month, but I think it’s a positive experience for me, for my family and for my children’s education,” said Soldado for radio Onda Cero.
“I am only responsible for poor form in which I am, but I will be better. We have a good team and are confident that we can have a better season.”
