Bayern Munich president, Uli Hoeness, has thrills during this period because of some problems with the justice. Suspected of tax evasion, could soon be indicted by the public prosecutor in Munich, according to judicial sources quoted by Bild am Sonntag.
The investigation is nearing by completion and, as journalists German announces prosecutor will take a decision in July on the indictment for tax evasion. For the Prosecutor it is virtually impossible to stop impeachment so that Hoeness should expect to a lawsuit.
The German press wrote that Hoeness had large sums of money hidden in Switzerland and failed to pay taxes of million euros. He also admitted that has an account in the country of Cantons and is believed to be hidden there about 500 million euros, without paying tax and would have prejudiced the state with million of euros.
In March, he was detained for several hours by German police, being brought to the Prosecutor’s office in Munich.
