The Barcelona star wants more titles with his club team, Neymar saying the treble is not enough for him, he wants “sextuple”.
In the previous season FC Barcelona won La Liga, Copa Del Rey and Champions League, but the three trophies do not seem to be enough for Neymar. The Brazilian footballer wants in next season, in addition to the three titles, to add the Spanish Super Cup, European Super Cup and World Club Championship.
“I always want more. I still have the same hunger to continue winning more Leagues, Champions Leagues and cups,” Neymar said in an interview published on Diario Sport.
“Treble is a very nice word, but I have learned another one that I like more: Sextuple!”
The Brazilian star was suspended at Copa America because he insulted a referee and was banned from playing four matches. But the 23-year-old player assumes mistake and puts high hopes in Brazil’s team.
“I take responsibility, I never hide away, but in football you can’t win all the time,” he admitted.
“I think that in the Copa America the Selecao laid some good foundations that will serve us very well in the South American qualifiers for the next World Cup.”
