Fernando Llorente will be the player of the current Italy’s champion, Juventus, starting this summer, on July 1.
Athletic Bilbao has made all the effort to keep Llorente on the squad, promising him a contract of 4.8 million euros per season, but the 27-year-old striker really wanted to go to Serie A, even in the conditions in witch Juventus offered only 4.5 million euros.
Juventus will announce officially the transfer of Fernando Llorente, who checked a single game in the starting 11 this season, after the striker told to the football club officials that is not going to continue in the Primera Division.
Fernando Llorente came to Bilbao in 2004, and last season reached with Athletic in the Europa League final, against Atletico Madrid, match lost by the Basque 3-0 in Bucharest.
