The UEFA EURO 2012 finals lineup has been settled after the Tuesday matches. Croatia, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Ireland and Portugal qualified after the play-off matches.

Croatia, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Ireland and Portugal book their tickets for UEFA EURO 2012 finals. They join the ten teams that reached next summer’s tournament from the qualifying group stage, and the two co-hosts.
