Chelsea captain John Terry (33 years old), has just made a profit of 10 million pounds, after he sold the villa he held near London. British journalists now advancing the hypothesis of a departure abroad of the defender who served the Blues a very long period.
Terry’s contract with Chelsea expires in the summer of 2014, and the plan of rejuvenation of the footballer at Stamford Bridge thought by Jose Mourinho could remove from the squad the Londoners symbol. About Terry was written that would negotiate with Galatasaray, but nor a transfer in MLS would not be excluded. The former English international would get a generous agreement before the end of his football career.
Terry plays for Chelsea since 1995, when he started at the youth team in London. In 2000 he was loaned to Nottingham Forest, but returned quickly to the club from Stamford Bridge, after just six games.
Since then he has gathered more than 500 official games for Chelsea in all competitions, and has 78 selections for the England national team, from where he retired already. Terry was an important manfor Jose Mourinho at Chelsea in his last term, but at the Portuguese tactician return to the Premier League, the English player has never represented an important option for the Special One.
