The young striker of AC Milan, Stephan El Shaarawy, will meet with Adriano Galliani today to clarify his fate with the Rossoneri. Last contender in obtaining the Italian international’s signature seems to be Chelsea.
According to the newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan chief Adriano Galliani today will have a meeting with El Shaarawy to clarify things about a transfer this summer. The 20-year-old footballer returned from the Confederations Cup, where he was used very little by the Squadra Azzurra tactician, Cesare Prandelli.
The first club that made an offer for the Pharaoh is Manchester City, but the heads from the San Siro rejected the attempt to seize the young player.
Another giant in the Premier League, Chelsea, is the second group that wants to transfer the Italian. If Chelsea will not reach soon an agreement with Napoli for Cavani, El Shaarawy could become the main target of the grouping from Stamford Bridge.
Although Milan striker said he feels good with his team and does not want any transfer, Galliani has not ruled out a big money business. The same happened with Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva. Although initially was claimed they will not leave the group from Serie A, finally they arrived at PSG, the money being the reason why the Italians gave up the two.
AC Milan needs reinforcements in the squad and the club’s financial situation at the moment does not allow them to make acquisitions without having to sell important players on big money. But the coming of Mario Balotelli may be an indication that the Milanese Devil is trying to build a powerful offensive around Italy’s national football team.
However, it remains to be seen which will be the decision taken after the meeting between Adriano Galliani and El Shaarawy.
